Our Statutes Downloadable document: Alpha Statutes March07 Membership details: Membership of Alfa Europe Federation is open to Alpha 1 patient organisations in any European country which is not already represented within the Federation. A European country is taken to be a state that is a member of the European Economic Community or the European Free Trade Agreement. Individuals, Alphas or carers, who live in a European country which does not have an Alpha patient organisation as a member of the Federation and who have the intention to form such an organisation may join the Federation as non-voting members.
